If the public consultation regarding changes to CC London result in a comprehensive no (as both previous ones did), will you follow the consensus and withdraw the suggestions?

If Congestion Charging is about Congestion, why are you allowing supposedly cleaner vehicles in for free if they have lower CO2 readings? It's not about CO2: that's just a tax raising scam: it's about particulates and Nitrous Oxide. Both of those are produced by diesels which will be allowed in if and when the rules change.

Companies and individuals have made choices based on a desire to run clean vehicles, particularly LPG- no particulates and NO2 produced by them. They now have to change those vehicles and you will destroy what was a steadily improving network of vehicles and facilities in one go. Hang your head in shame if you go ahead.

Obviously, the faceless policy wonks at that democratically challenged organisation called "Transport for London" only want revenue and are prepared to ride roughshod over any contra-arguements. In fact, they never provide anyone the chance to put any case over. It is always their way and no other. There is no forum to show that they are wrong. They operate in virtual secrecy, working against London more than for it.

I don't expect an answer: I haven't received anything on any emails I've sent to TfL or via Mayor of London website.
