Does this government intend to do anything about doctors in the NHS who are wasteful of funds and more importantly, those doctors who are neglectful towards their patients, will they ever become accountable for mismanagement of their surgeries and patients? Also the year which patients have to complain is a joke, this should be extended to give those who need time to recover illness to put their case forward when able to.

Tony Blair wrote of his NHS that the patient need fear no more, yet my local is hospital is more like a Victorian work house the way patients are treated.
