32? Boris Johnson is every researcher’s worst nightmare for the next few months then. I bet when he asks for a cup of tea he brackets it with a request for the price of tea in each of the 32 boroughs for each of the past ten years.

Just how many boroughs of London ARE there?
Shouldn’t it be “were” in each London borough?
